manufactures a comprehensive range of nylon air brake tubing to meet the exacting
standards of the automotive market. Investment in the latest high-speed extrusion
equipment allows the production of over 300,000 metres of high quality tubing
each week.</p>
<p>Allen air brake coils have been tested to meet the safety-critical parameters
of DIN74323-the standard for air brake coils. The wide range covers all coil
permutations in the market, including colours and end fittings, colour coded
tail supports, and tailor-made coil assemblies and non-standard coils for specialist
applications. Our range of electrical coils are made from electrical cable that
is manufactured in-house utilising the latest 'Thin Wall' technology, supplying
a complete range from 2-Core to 15-Core, including both ABS/EBS and ADR applications
in a variety of materials.</p>
<p>The Group has also developed its own range of plugs and sockets resulting in
an assembled product of the highest quality. From high grade materials, a range
of marker boards are produced that meet the requirements of commercial vehicles
throughout Europe and many other parts of the world. Pre-formed tube assemblies
are designed, developed and manufactured by Polydynamics for use in many automotive
and industrial applications. Thermoplastic fuel lines, rigid pipes and shaped
hose end terminations, combination hoses and PTFE braided hose assemblies are
all found within the product range. Allen engineered solutions have resulted
in products such as the Euroboom. The Euroboom is a system developed specifically
to reduce the snagging and wear on coils. Variations on the Euroboom and other
such products are available, at the design phase or under discussion to address
the requirements of the industry.</p>

provides the user with a system that articulates with the trailer increasing
the life span of the connecting coils. Other examples of innovative design include
